Anastasia Mann is the President and CEO of the Corniche Group, Inc., which includes Corniche Travel, Anastasia’s Africa and Corniche Entertainment.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Anastasia worked as a child actor via Central Casting in more than 70 major motion pictures as well on the Mr.Novak television series. On the legit stage she was part of the Plumstead Playhouse repertoire company at the Huntington Hartford Theater in Hollywood along with Martha Scott and Henry Fonda. She opened the Kennedy Center in Washington DC with William Saroyan’s “Time of Your Life” starring Henry Fonda with Richard Dreyfuss. A lifelong lover of jazz, her early mentors included Mel Powell and Steve Allen.
Anastasia graduated from USC on a full scholarship. After graduation she moved to Mexico City where she taught English. Returning to Los Angeles she worked as a freelance writer before entering the hospitality industry where she began a celebrated career, eventually launching her own successful travel company. Anastasia has visited over 150 countries. She has been honored by the City Council, the Mayor, the City of Los Angeles, the California Governor, State of California Assembly, and the US Senate for her advocacy for travel and tourism, for her community work and as a guest speaker.
In 2004, Anastasia successfully launched Anastasia’s Africa, a division specializing in creating private, customized safaris in Southern and Eastern Africa.
Following her passion for the performing arts, in 2007 Corniche Entertainment was born to assist and develop musicians within Los Angeles. She produced four diverse concerts (The La Vida Music Festival) at the Ford Amphitheater. Anastasia sits on the Board of Governors of the acclaimed 24th St. Theater, whose mission is to educate, inspire, and motive at risk children in a diverse community via live performances.
As President of the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council for 25 years, Anastasia governs a 23-member board representing the largest Neighborhood Council in the City of Los Angeles. HHWNC represents residential and business stakeholders including such iconic venues as the Hollywood Bowl and Universal Studios.
Being a leader in the hotel, travel and tourism industry and serving as a strong advocate for the Hollywood community has given Anastasia a unique perspective on the entertainment world. She combines a life-long love of live music with business savvy, keen instincts, and unwavering good taste
Mark Christian Miller began his performing career singing light opera and classical music in San Francisco, before moving to Los Angeles to complete the prestigious Los Angeles Civic Light Opera Music Workshop. He appeared in many professional stage productions in Southern California, eventually enrolling in the music program at Los Angeles City College, where he made the Dean’s Honor list and performed in Honors Concerts.
Mark began booking music when he curated a Sunday night live jazz series at the legendary Chaya Brasserie in Beverly Hills, which ran for seven years. He booked music for Il Moro on the West Side for three years, and for twelve years he oversaw the summer music series at Descanso Gardens. Mark has released four critically acclaimed jazz albums.
A trustee of the Los Angeles Jazz Society, Miller assists the organization in its many educational and youth programs. He has booked literally hundreds of evenings of live music in Los Angeles, as well as booking music for Jazz Alley in Seattle, the Dubai International Jazz Festival, and the Playboy Jazz Festival as well as many community and corporate events.
